We like to keep things simple and flexible for you, so here’s how we work. <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Shifts<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We work in 15\u2011minute blocks<\/strong> (up to a maximum of a 2-hour shift).
Billable time <\/strong>is calculated from when we enter your home.
We work to your shift duration<\/strong>, as organised prior1<\/a><\/sup>.
We can work alongside you with chores, or be left to work on our own.
We prefer a list <\/strong>(in order of priority) to work through as best we can in the time allocated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Rate<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We charge $10 for each 15 minutes<\/strong>, with a minimum of 30 minutes (ie $20<\/strong>).
Our fees include GST.
There are NO travel, equipment, or additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payments<\/mark><\/strong>
We provide multiple ways to pay for our services:
1. Visit our secure Payments<\/a> page (credit card, AfterPay)
2. Via Hnry (ScanV to Pay Eftpos)<\/a>2<\/a><\/sup>
3. Internet banking
4. Cash on site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Zones<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The zones we service are in the Tasman<\/strong> and we allocate our availability based on your zone. These are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Richmond (Zone 1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Brightwater (Zone 2)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Wakefield (Zone 3)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Social Services<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We are not affiliated with government funded social services, although we do provide additional support to public clients in a private capacity. We do not provide personal care services or interfere with individual Personal Care Plans<\/em>, but rather support them.<\/p>\n\n\n

    1. It’s important to us that there are no budget over-runs or financial surprises for our clients. \u21a9\ufe0e<\/a><\/li>
    2. Hnry’s Scan to Pay<\/em> function generates a QR-code which the client scans with their phone and pays directly (securely) via their own bank account \u21a9\ufe0e<\/a><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n
