Rate $

We like to keep things simple and flexible for you, so here’s how we work.

Our Shifts

We work in 15‑minute blocks (up to a maximum of a 2-hour shift).
Billable time is calculated from when we enter your home.
We work to your shift duration, as organised prior1.
We can work alongside you with chores, or be left to work on our own.
We prefer a list (in order of priority) to work through as best we can in the time allocated.

Our Rate

We charge $10 for each 15 minutes, with a minimum of 30 minutes (ie $20).
Our fees include GST.
There are NO travel, equipment, or additional charges.

Payments
We provide multiple ways to pay for our services:
1. Visit our secure Payments page (credit card, AfterPay)
2. Via Hnry (ScanV to Pay Eftpos)2
3. Internet banking
4. Cash on site.

Work Zones

The zones we service are in the Tasman and we allocate our availability based on your zone. These are:

  1. Richmond (Zone 1)
  2. Brightwater (Zone 2)
  3. Wakefield (Zone 3)

Social Services

We are not affiliated with government funded social services, although we do provide additional support to public clients in a private capacity. We do not provide personal care services or interfere with individual Personal Care Plans, but rather support them.
